Gloria's Real Estate Qualifications
 

I obtained my Real Estate License in 1985, and my Brokers License in 1990. In 1990 I also earned the CREA (appraiser) designation.

I have qualified for the Million Dollar Sales Club, or Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club every year from 1985 to 2004. 

Of greater importance to me is the fact that my grievance file is empty. Not once in all these years has a client or customer seen fit to complain about my services!

My dropout rate (contracts that go to escrow and fail to close) is close to zero.

Twice in my career I have accepted the position as Managing Broker for a Real Estate Company: in 1997 for Hunt Country Properties in Middleburg, Virginia, and in the early 1990's for Red Fox Realty in Leesburg. Management is not my forte. I am happiest when I am out there with you, my clients and customers. I enjoy the everyday give and take of working with buyers and sellers, listing properties and showing properties.

In 1987 I completed the Graduate Realtors Institute. (GRI)
In 1997 I earned the Accredited Buyers Representative designation (ABR)
In 1998 I earned the Certified Residential Specialist Award (CRS).
In 2002 I earned the E-Pro designation
Less than 10% of Realtors nationwide hold all these designations plus the Brokers License.

More importantly, in 1994 I won the Distinguished Service Award that is presented annually by AH&T (a local insurance brokerage) to a local Realtor for contributions to community service.  At various times I have been actively involved in local organizations such as The Committee for Dulles, The Chamber of Commerce and Christmas in April. 

I have been a member of Rotary for many years. I am a multiple Paul Harris Fellow.  I am especially proud of the folks I have introduced to Rotary over the years, and who are not actively involved in the work of Rotary.   And I take very special pride and joy in working with Rotarians, whatever their Real Estate needs may be.
